Trekking details & Conditions

MY PRICES INCLUDE :Full board during the trek, mules for luggage, cook, English speaking experienced guide, kitchen material, bivouac gear, accommodation in gites or berber houses.

MY PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE : Medical or accident insurances , personal gear (sleeping bags, shoes, ....) ; gratuities ; bottled or gaseous waters ; any expenditure of personal nature ; hot showers in some of the gites or mountain huts.

N.B : MEALS ARE  NORMALLY :

BREAKFAST – mint tea or tea bags ; coffee ; milk ; bread ; butter ; jam ; cheese ; honey ; cereal ; chocalate .

PICNIC LUNCH – fresh Moroccan salad ; cheese ; tinned tuna fish ; mint tea ; bread ; seasonal fruits, sometimes hot meal like ; lentiles with onions & tomatoes, meat bools.

DINER-vegetable or corn soup; couscous, tajine ( chicken, beef, or mutton) or chicken cooked in lemon rotated according  to the duration of the trek; bread, mint tea, verbena infusion, fruit. * those vegetarians or vegans amongst us need to pre-advise at time of reservation.

cotton scarf (doubles as a wash cloth)
Hiking boots or hiking shoes*

First aid – make sure you use water proof labelling when re-packaging
disinfectant creme / gel (Polysporin)
bandaids
Ibufrofen (Advil or generic – for pain, swelling) *
Tylenol (colds and fever)
cold medication – Echanacia / zinc lozenges
tweezers
Visine
Aloe vera gel (for burns)
Anti-hystamine tablets
diahrrea medication (Immodium) *

Personal

sanitary supplies with ziplock baggies to carry out
moisturiser / lip balm with sunblock *

small torch / flash-light (small bicycle lights make good travelling torches)

Payment :   Everyone must pay the Total price (by cash) for the trek the first day (before departure), for some reservations (ex; big group) a little deposit will be required for the confirmation (to be send ahead).

PRICES: The price which you must regulate by anybody, which is that is indicated on the documentation/descriptive which was addressed to you by email and which you accepted by sending your confirmation of trek and your indications of arrival. They can in no case to be called into question per none the parts.

STOP OF TREK: CANCELLATION In the course of TREK, STAY or VOYAGE. All trek started, and stopped by the fact of the customers, or the atmospheric conditions, or of the particular conditions, or cancelled flight, can give place to no refunding. In the case or the atmospheric conditions or the state of the paths, or snowing up, oblige to stop the trek, a solution or a route of replacement will be proposed to you. But will be able to give place to no refunding.

Any time taken for the trek in consequence of the climatic conditions or by the customers, and or the route envisaged cannot be respected, can give place to no refunding because we cannot be held responsible for the climatic conditions and the state of the ways or your physical status or mental.

CHANGE Of ROUTE: The guide is entitled to change route, according to the atmospheric conditions, snowing up, state of the ways, and according to the physical status of the participants, without that being able to give place to no refunding.

INSURANCES: You must absolutely have insurance, covering, the accidents, medical repatriation, and mountain rescue and repatriation helicopter. You must imperatively provide us before the departure, a Telephone number of your insurance.

GUIDES, CARRIERS, ASSISTANTS: The guides "Mohamed, Lahcen, Abdou, Ibrahim", carriers, assistants of trek, are people pleasant and smiling, they are integral part of the trek. It is neither of the menservants nor of the "servants".
Any person who leaves in trek or stay or voyage with Guided Trek (Mohamed AZTAT)  must have read and have accepted these conditions
